Meet Beth
I’m known for being direct, "wildly" thorough, organized, energetic, well connected, and able to synthesize complex information and find meaning in it. My bachelor's degree in psychology, masters degree in education, and 20 years of professional experience as an advisor and coach make me a great fit for clients looking for a positive influence to help them define and reach their goals.
Throughout my career I have seen a truth playout again and again: when motivated people have someone in their corner asking the right questions, real progress follows. When you are ready to do the work, I'm ready to be your coach. My work has led to meaningful outcomes for clients with a wide variety of needs and goals, including:
Students studying for the MCAT, drafting medical school applications, preparing for medical school interviews, and applying for internship & residency
Professionals pursuing the Foreign Service, guiding them through Oral Assessment preparation and celebrating their acceptance
Community and nonprofit organizations seeking project management, community engagement, and advocacy efforts
I’m energized by people who take ownership in their communities and step into action. I love supporting those who are putting in the effort—helping them refine and share their stories, and watching their confidence grow along the way.
My hope for my clients is simple:
They give themselves permission to succeed and build new, sustainable patterns
They see struggle as a part of growth
They see themselves as a collection of strengths and unique stories
They tell others about this work (wink)
So—let’s DO this.
